"S" is sleep. Sleep allows your little ones to have crucial rest that allows them to boost concentration memory and focus giving them peaceful and energized mornings.

"M" is for movement and play. Movement and play give them physical cognitive as well as emotional regulation.

"A" is for art and creativity. What would the world be without our children's imagination.

"R" is for reading and language. Reading and language allows them to build Rich cognitive as well as communication skills.

Last but not least

"T", time for relationship. Spending quality time with your little one gives them not just emotional regulation for right now but also for later.

1. Be a curious model.

Little ones will imitate their trusted adult. I wonder when was the last time you were curious about the world? your curiosity will inspire their curiosity too.

2. Encourage Questions

To nurture Natural Curiosity, make space for how and why questions that are important brain building blocks

3. Support Hands-On learning.

Children learn best when they can engage the world around them, things like a nature walk, building puzzles or science experiments will fuel their curiosity.
